After nearly twenty years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have offered guidance to adults, adolescents, and families navigating a wide array of challenges. These difficulties encompass issues like depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, self-harm, parenting dilemmas, overcoming life obstacles, and addressing motivation problems. Additionally, I have extensively assisted individuals who have undergone trauma and abuse. As a therapist focusing on trauma, I employ various therapeutic approaches and established techniques to effectively assist my clients. These methods include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), among others.
